Lance VandeBerg

Lance has been working as a full time Realtor since 1995. Originally from Wisconsin, he relocated from San Jose, CA in 1994 to Merritt Island. He worked for Lockheed 20 years while in California and left as a Senior Administrator in the Space Systems Quality Assurance Program. His wife Sheri continues to work for Lockheed Martin as a Program Manager. They have two children, Matt and Karinne. He holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin, a commercial pilots liscense, and a M.S. degree in Human Resources Management from Golden Gate University.

He has been an active member of the Space Coast Association of Realtors as a Director, Treasurer, and President. He is a graduate of Lead Brevard and has served on the board of the Economic Development Commission. He has served on several committees and continues to stay involved in local community issues.

He is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and has worked with two other local real estate companies before opening his own office in 2003. Lance has an excellent knowledge of the real estate market in Brevard county and has helped hundreds of friends and clients buy and sell various properties in this area.

He enjoys hunting, fishing, boating, golfing and reading. He is a past Commander of the Cocoa Beach Sail & Power Squadron and a vessel safety examiner.
